Random Axe Entertainment was created by writer/director, Alex Williams, when he and a group of close friends began entering into an ongoing film competition at FilmFights.com. Their first entry, "Dog Chow" got second place, was featured on a show for IndyMogul.com and in one month, garnered over 50,000 hits on YouTube.
Random Axe still intends on competing in FilmFights, but sees the year 2013 as the year they really start to make a dent in the film industry. With many projects lined up including several short films, and two web series, and a Feature it will be a challenging and fullfilling couple of years.
Alex Williams
Alex was born in Medford, Oregon and has chosen to make a wonderful life there with his wife, Kalinda, and four boys, Kellen, Kyan, Jensen and Ethan.
He started in acting when he was a young boy and eventually moved on to screenwriting, and then directing and producing. Alex has made many short films over the years, all of them he calls a learning experience. Alex started attending the Academy of Art University online, and then Full Sail University online. He is currently on hiatus from school to focus on the two larger projects this year.
Luis came to Random Axe in early 2010 when he saved the film, "Epidemic" by being the only qualified auditioner for the lead role. Director, Alex Williams was debating playing the role himself when Luis walked into the first production meeting requesting an audition.
Since then, Luis has played an important role to Random Axe Entertainment. Not only has he been the star of several films, he directed the film, "Mommy" and has helped produce several others.
Luis has worked on big projects in southern Oregon including "Vampire Camp" and "The Bigfoot Chronicles." He makes a living as a breakdancer and leader of his dance crew, Wicked FX. Luis' Facebook Luis' Twitter Email Luis
